2014——考研复试经历和心得
首先，调剂的话要趁早联系调剂院校。前阶段各个学校调剂工作尚未开始，招生办老师或导师不会给你肯定答复，实属正常，不过提前联系的好处在于当调剂正式开始老师会先发邮件给你。
对于调剂生，就要敢于争取，说不定就有希望。从备考到拟录取短短十个月，我真的学习到太多的东西，这大半年的时光教会了我很多，从书本到为人，从学习到实践，收获颇多。在此与君共勉。
来说一下中科院合肥物质研究所复试面试的具体情况。每个学校的面试细节不一，但大同小异，物质所的面试相比之下还是比较正规的。
英语口试：介绍你的学校，介绍你的专业，介绍你的家乡、家庭，说说你怎么知道这里（物质所）的？对这里有什么认识？比较你的学校和这里的异同点等等。这类问题太过广泛，最好先准备一份个人介绍，背熟后可灵活应变。（附件1：英文自我介绍）
‚专业口试：我主要被问了物相分析方法、透射电子显微镜（TEM）和使用。
相关的专业问题还有：
（i）太阳能电池材料、分类及原理；
（ii）P-N结；
（iii）薄膜材料和制备；
（iv）纳米材料和效应；
（v）成分分析、物相分析和形貌分析方法，具体操作；
（vi）毕业设计。

注意：我面试的是等离子所（材料物理与化学专业），每个方向的面试问题侧重不同，可以参考导师的研究方向重点来看。总之，面试前把每位导师的研究领域粗略的了解一下，英语相关口语问题尽量准备充分，一定要自信大胆，礼貌得体。导师喜欢机敏大方的学生，大家都是来参加面试的，水品差不了多少，导师其实也不在乎几分之差，高分被刷的不乏其人。要是能提前见见导师效果更佳，一方面对导师要不要你心中有个大概，不行的话还可以联系其他老师，另一方面，你的面试就占很大优势，导师会或多或少提供帮助的。
差不多就这些，初试成绩是敲门砖，只有过线才有机会啊。考研是人生的一个选择，不管结果如何，只要你能坚持下来，都是值得赞扬的，因为这个过程让你学会了独立学习、收集资料、与人交流、获取信息以及自我推荐，不管如何，你都是赢家。希望努力的人都能收获自己成功！

Dear professors,it’s a great honor for me to have the opportunity for the interview . I would like to answer whatever you may raise and I hope I can make a good performance today , eventually enroll in your prestigious institute . First,let me give you a brief introduction about myself . My name is XXX , I come from X city , a very beautify city in AnHui province , and I currently a senior student in AnHui Normal University , not very famous but research-intensive . My major is Material Chemistry , which requires students to finish not only the basic courses for Chemistry but also material engineering,like Material Structure And Testing Method ,Instruments And Polymer Engineering . During my college years,I have made rapid and great progress in many areas,as a student , I study very hard and obtain scholarship , as a chairman of X association , I work earnestly , also gain good comments from teachers and classmates. When I was accepted by our college innovation experimental group . I have spent many spare time in the laboratory doing experimental and reading latest papers . I am long for doing research in XXX university . During the past four years , I have learned a lot of professional knowledge and practical skill , but gradually , I realize it is not enough . In my opinion , further study is actually urgent for me to realize and finally achieve my self-value . Life is precious , it’s necessary to catch any opportunity for self-development , especially in the competitive modern society . Of course , I have nerve been deeply impressed by the academic atmosphere When I come here before . Therefore , I prefer to go on for further education here .
If I got a chance to study here , There must be many things to learn and I would like to continue to accept professional training and do my best . In my spare time I like reading books , communicating with friends , playing basketball and so on . Sports make me stronger and basketball teach me how to cooperate with others.
